About Us

Auto & Marine Composites Ltd is a specialist GRP composite design and fabrication company based in Ashington, Northumberland.

We have over 30 years experience working in the composite industry - we've built over 20 catamarans in the last 6 years alone. Beginning with the design and build of the Sabre Sprint kit car, our experienced team of craftsmen have built everything from racing yachts to kevlar sump shields for rally-cross and rally cars. We've designed and manufactured custom body panels for trucks and buses but it is our catamaran workboats that we are famous for.

We have had so much positive feedback from our customers in the fishing and offshore windfarm survey industries, we decided to make our catamaran workboats our main product. Our aim is to build the strongest workboats on the market so when the other boats are looking at the bad weather and rough seas and trying to decide what to do, our customers will already be out on the water working.
